One of our biggest clients is a mid-sized education publishing company with $100M+ in revenue each year. They specialize in K-6 English Literacy education materials. The business was undergoing explosive growth but lacked the financial foundations and systems to support their growth.

We helped build their Finance Strategy department in charge of company-wide budgeting and forecasting activities along with conducting hundreds of sales and financial reports & analyses.
We also provided vital support in their ERP system implementation.
